INTRANS ELECTRO COMPONENTS PVT. LTD. is an Electrical equipment manufacturing Private Limited Company, providing the entire range of High Tension 11KV equipments for the Industries and other commercial establishments.
The products manufactured are Cast Resin Transformers, Unitised Sub Stations, Load Break switch Metering Panels, Epoxy Current Transformers, Potential Transformers and epoxy moulded components. The company has a rich heritage of 25 years and is a leading brand in the Kerala Market. The products are manufactured under stringent quality control standards.
To diversify the product range, the promoters are putting up the second manufacturing unit at Aluva, Cochin, Kerala, India. To cater to the ever growing demand in other markets an additional Greenfield plant is being established in Tumkur, Karnataka. All the leading construction groups and factories are the esteemed clients of Intrans. |

Management Team :
K S Gopalakrishnan:- K S Gopalakrishnan is the founder and the Managing Director of Intrans Electro Components Pvt. Ltd. He is a graduate Engineer from Kerala University and has post graduate diploma in Process Engineering from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Tools, Chennai. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of Transformers and Switchgears.
K S Gopalakrishnan provides technical and managerial guidance to the dynamic and enterprising team of Intrans to work towards customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations. His years of experience has been instrumental in establishing the new manufacturing facility of Intrans.

E.Rajagopalan , a graduate Electrical Engineer , graduated from Regional Engineering College ( now National Institute of Technology ) , Calicut , having 32 years experience in Switchgear and Transformer Industries. He has been trained in Maidensha , Japan for Vacuum circuit Breaker technology. He is a member of Institution Of Engineers , india |
Sreekumar Nambiar, Director is a graduate production engineer from Pune University. He has over 15 years of experience in multinational companies heading Sales and Marketing operations. Sreekumar looks after the operations of Intrans. He has undergone various trainings in India and abroad to get familiarized with various quality and management aspects of manufacturing.

| About Infrastructure and Competence |
The factory is well equipped with the latest machineries, Vacuum Oven and material handling facilities to manufacture the above products.
The testing Laboratory is fully equipped with all mandatory testing equipments along with Partial discharge Testing equipment and separate source withstand Test Equipment (Power Frequency Test) up to 150KV.
Intrans Transformers have been tested at CPRI Bangalore for an impulse voltage test of 95KV (Peak) and all transformers are manufactured to that standard.
Intrans employs highly skilled workmen to manufacture products having high quality of workmanship. |
