| Cast Resin Transformer |

We manufacture lower range of Cast Resin Transformers
(CRT) both single as well as three phase,
ranging from 16 KVA to 2000 KVA capacity.
Our Cast Resin Transformers are designed
effectively to reduce line cost and
line losses and improve the quality
and reliability of the electrical supply
system.
The transformers can be made suitable for direct pole mounting, indoor application, hazardous area application etc. These are capable of withstanding mechanical and thermal stresses caused by short circuiting in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards Specification 11171. |

| Distribution Transformer |

INTRANS Transformers are made by using modern Computer Aided Design and reliable process technology. Quality Control procedures are devised and strictly adhered to ensure quality in every stages of manufacture i.e., from the very stages of raw material purchases to final delivery. The designs are chosen so that the total cost including material cost, maintenance cost and the energy cost due to no load and load losses are minimum.
The designing and manufacturing operations are guided and controlled by experts in the field. All the above factors ensure that transformer coming out of Intrans’ plant is optimum designed, reliable and rugged.

| Load Break Switch Metering Panel & Multi Panel |

Load break switch panel is used to Switch ON/OFF the 11KV supply to the consumer. The panel is installed in indoor. This is installed in between the incoming Board supply and distribution transformer provided at the customer’s premises. Load Break Switch Panels are available with and without metering facilities.

| Resin Cast Potential Transformer |

| In AC circuits, for measuring large voltages a specially constructed accurate ratio Potential Transformers are used. Their function is to reduce the supply Voltage to a value small enough to be easily measured with standard low range AC instruments of moderate size and capacity. The advantages of using Potential Transformers for range extension of AC meters are many fold. |

| Resin Cast Current Transformer |

| Resin Cast current Transformers are dry type transformers the active part of which is completely embedded in quartz loaded epoxy resin by using Vacuum moulding technique. After moulding the resin is hardened by polymerisation. The main insulation between primary and secondary and earth is obtained by this epoxy resin and hence CTs have a lot of technical advantages. |

| Unitised Sub Station |

The USS will comprise of HV 12 KV Load Break Switch Panel, Cast Resin Air Cooled Transformer, with associated protection and Ventilated Housing.The whole assembly is mounted on to a rigid base of steel fabricated section. The units are factory assembled, tested and they will be despatched in dissembled condition. All the dissembled components can be assembled at site.

| INTRANS 11KV CT/PT UNITS (HT metering sets) consists of two Current Transformers and one Three phase Voltage Transformer each with an accuracy class 0.5. These are oil immersed, in a mild steel tank and are suitable for out door platform mounting or pole mounting use. |

| Oil Test Set |
 |
INTRANS make Oil Test Set is used for testing dielectric strength (BDV) of transformer oil. The electrode assembly and other electrical design features are as per the requirement of IS 335/IS 6792.
The unit consist of a centre tap type high voltage cast resin type transformer which feeds the voltage to the liquid dielectric through the system of electrodes.
